
Jean-Luc Vermeulen
Chairman
Jean-Luc Vermeulen, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris holding a PhD in theoretical physics has worked in exploration and production for Elf Aquitaine and for Total for 33 years. He was President of Exploration-Production and a member of the Executive Committee of Total. He held the same positions with Elf Aquitaine prior to the merger of the two companies.

Philippe Marchal
Director
Philippe Marchal graduated at France's Ecole Centrale, Paris with a master's degree in general engineering. He began his career with Bertin in 1965. In 1985 was co-founder of Packinox heat exchanger (now Alfa-Laval) and is a director of ITP InTerPipe. Mr Marchal has been awarded the "Médaille d'Or" de la société d'Encouragement pour l'Industrie" and the "Prix Foucault" de la société Française de Physique.
Pierre Ollier
CEO
Pierre Ollier graduated at France's Paristech ENSTA, Paris with a master's degree in general engineering. He began his career with ITP in 2000 developing the LNG/LPG activity and participating in various offshore subsea pipelines projects. He is the CEO of Majus.

Jean-Aurélien Damour
Technical Manager
Aurélien graduated at France’s Ecole Centrale, Lyon with a master’s degree in general engineering. He began his career with Majus in 2007 developing the insulated tubings activities. He also participated in various offshore subsea pipelines projects within ITP. He is the Technical Manager of Majus.
